Diamant-Profilset Typ A / Viertelstab mit Taster - Granit und Quarz
Das Diamant-Profilset Typ A dient zum Erstellen von Viertelstab-Profilkanten auf handgeführten Maschinen. Durch den Tastring im Werkzeug von Pos. I + II ist keine Schablonenführung erforderlich. Das Werkzeug Pos. III erstellt nach der Vorarbeit das gewünschte Profil (die Rückstände der Taster von I + II werden beseitigt). Mit den Pos. IV, V, VI werden die Kanten auspoliert. Durch den Vollbelag der Polierer (kein Streifenbelag) entstehen keine auffälligen Längsrillen.

Das Diamant-Profilset Typ V dient zum Erstellen von Vollrund-Profilkanten auf handgeführten Maschinen. Durch den Tastring im Werkzeug von Pos. I + II ist keine Schablonenführung erforderlich. Das Werkzeug Pos. III erstellt nach der Vorarbeit das gewünschte Profil (die Rückstände der Taster von I + II werden beseitigt). Mit den Pos. IV, V, VI werden die Kanten auspoliert. Durch den Vollbelag der Polierer (kein Streifenbelag) entstehen keine auffälligen Längsrillen.
