CNC-Diamant-Profilset Typ A / Viertelstab - Granit und Quarz
Das Diamant-Profilset Typ A dient zur Profilierung von Rundstabkanten in Granit und Quarz auf CNC-gesteuerten Maschinen. Es besteht aus mindestens drei Metallfräsern und drei Diamantpolierern. Auf Wunsch
kann das Vorfräsen durch ein segmentiertes Werkzeug ausgeführt werden. Der gleichmäßig durchgehende
Diamantbelag der Polierer sorgt für ein weitgehend streifenfreies Polierergebnis.
Technische Parameter werden bei Einsatz des Profilsets zur Verfügung gestellt.

Es besteht aus einem segmentierten und drei durchgesinterten Metallfräsern und drei Diamantpolierern.
Der gleichmäßig durchgehende Diamantbelag der Polierer ermöglicht ein weitgehend streifenfreies Polierergebnis, auch ohne Oszillationsspuren. Die Metallfräser in der Ausführung M3-Pro garantieren eine bis zu
dreifache Fräsgeschwindigkeit im Vergleich zu herkömmlichen Werkzeugen.

Das Diamant-Profilset Typ CP50-Z dient zum Polieren der geraden Kanten in Granit und Quarz auf CNC-
gesteuerten Maschinen. Es besteht aus drei Metallfräsern und drei Diamantpolierern. Auf Wunsch kann das
Vorfräsen durch ein segmentiertes Werkzeug ausgeführt werden. Der gleichmäßig durchgehende Diamantbelag der Polierer ermöglicht ein weitgehend streifenfreies Polierergebnis, auch ohne Oszillationsspuren.
Durch das Oszillieren der Werkzeuge können alle Materialstärken von 2-4 cm mit einem Werkzeug bearbeitet
werden.

Das Diamant-Profilset Typ Z50 eignet sich zum Polieren gerader Kanten in Granit und Quarz auf stationären Bearbeitungszentren. Es besteht aus zwei Vakuumfräsern und vier Diamantpolierern. Auf Wunsch kann das Vorfräsen durch ein segmentiertes Werkzeug ausgeführt werden. Der gleichmäßig durchgehende Diamantbelag der Polierer ermöglicht ein weitgehend streifenfreies Polierergebnis, auch ohne Oszillationsspuren. Durch das Oszillieren der Werkzeuge können alle Materialstärken von 2 bis 4 cm mit einem Werkzeug bearbeitet werden.

Das Diamant-Profilset Typ CP50-Z dient zum Polieren der geraden Kante mit kleinem Eckradius von 10 mm in
Granit und Quarz auf CNC-gesteuerten Maschinen.
Es besteht aus drei Metallfräsern und drei Diamant- Polierern. Der gleichmäßig durchgehende Diamantbelag
der Polierer ermöglicht ein weitgehend streifenfreies Polierergebnis, auch ohne Oszillationsspuren.
Technische Parameter werden bei Einsatz des Profilsets zur Verfügung gestellt.

Das Diamant-Profilset Typ Z50 dient zum Polieren der geraden Kante mit kleinem Eckradius von 10 mm auf stationären Maschinen. Es besteht aus zwei Vakuum-Vorfräsern und vier Diamantpolierern. Der gleichmäßig durchgehende Diamantbelag der Polierer ermöglicht ein weitgehend streifenfreies Polierergebnis, auch ohne Oszillationsspuren. Auf Wunsch können zwei galvanische Diamantfräser an Position drei und vier eingesetzt werden (der erste Polierer würde dann wegfallen).
Technische Parameter werden bei Einsatz des Profilsets zur Verfügung gestellt.
